Shipping Rates and Services
Note: We usually send the following products with “Signature Required” – Watches whose value is over $500.
General:
We use actual shipping rates based on the weight and/or size of your package, and your location. We do not pad these rates! We also display the shipping costs in your shopping cart (for U.S. orders). The shipping charge that is shown will be your actual shipping charge.
Our Website also gives you several methods of shipping. We use FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that Federal Express will not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes in the United States. Please use the U.S. Postal Service for these destinations. All of our shipments include full insurance on your purchase.
Shipping Cut-off Time
Marv Golden Pilot Supplies processes orders up until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed before this time will be processed and ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PST on a Friday will be processed the next business day which will usually be Monday morning (unless it is a major U.S. holiday).
FedEx Shipping Services
- Ground: This is for Commercial (Business) Addresses only! Usually delivered Monday through Friday only. Please see map for estimated delivery times.
- Home (Home Delivery): This is for Residential (Non-Business) Addresses only! Now delivered on most days depending on area. Please see map for estimated delivery times.
- Express (Express Saver): Delivered weekdays only. Delivered by the end of the 3rd Full Business Day after the shipping date (shipping date does not count). Delivered to Businesses by 3:00 p.m. and to Residences by 7:00 p.m. May not be 3 Days in AK or HI. Please check website.
- 2 Day: Delivered weekdays only. Delivered by the end of the 2nd Full Business Day after the shipping date (shipping date does not count), usually by 4:30 p.m. Not available to all areas of Alaska.May not be 2 Days in AK or HI. Please check website.
- Overnight (Priority Overnight): Delivered on weekdays only (For Saturday delivery, please call 800-348-0014). Delivery by 12:00 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; later in remote areas. Delivered the next Business Day after the shipping date. May not be Overnight in AK or HI. Please check website.
U.S. Postal Service
Shipping times and cut-offs remain the same for U.S. Postal Shipping. See above for times.
- First Class Mail: Priority Mail is generally a 2-3 day service in the Continental U.S. (although they do not guarantee that). We DO recommend Priority Mail for P.O. Boxes and for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO's.
- Priority Mail: Priority Mail is generally a 2-3 day service in the Continental U.S. (although they do not guarantee that). We DO recommend Priority Mail for P.O. Boxes and for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO's.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: We ship by US Postal Service and UPS. We recommend the US Postal Service Priority Mail as an effective and cost efficient manner of shipping. However, we can ship via UPS if you wish.
- APO / FPO / DPO (Army Post Office / Fleet Post Office / Diplomatic Post Office): We gladly ship to APO, FPO and DPO locations. Please choose the US Postal Priority option upon checkout.
International Shipping
These methods are insured and Trackable. USPS Tracking is not always reliable.
U.S. Postal Service:
- USPS International First Class Mail - Usually 4 weeks for delivery. Postage is non-refundable if lost.
- USPS International Priority Mail - Usually 3 weeks for delivery.
International FedEx (Federal Express):
- FedEx International Economy – Usually 5 business days for delivery. Delivery dates (not guaranteed) are shown in your Cart.
- FedEx International Priority – Usually 3 business days for delivery. Delivery dates (not guaranteed) are shown in your Cart.
International Customs, Taxes and Duties
Our price quotes do not include any customs or duty charges. All items are subject to duty regulations that vary by country. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for any duty or tax if the package is opened and inspected by customs officials. Please also note that the cost of shipping and return shipping cannot be refunded to you if you refuse delivery.

Marv Golden Pilot Supplies offers Free Shipping on certain items. The method that is used for Free Shipping items is at the discretion of Marv Golden Pilot Supplies. Free Shipping usually pertains to U.S. destinations.
- Item Ships Free: If an item indicates "Item Ships Free," the item will be excluded from the weight of your package for shipping purposes. You will not be charged for the shipment of this item if you choose a Ground FedEx method. This Shipping Offer is valid only for U.S. Shipping destinations. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the remainder of the items in your order, however.
- Order Ships Free: If an item indicates "Order Ships Free," your entire order will ship for free. This will usually be sent via a ground shipping service. This Shipping Offer is usually valid only for U.S. Shipping destinations. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, you will be responsible for the increased charges. This offer is not valid when certain over-sized items are included in your cart. The Free method will depend on your location (Contiguous 48 States vs. Alaska etc.).
- Free 2-Day Shipping: If an item indicates "Free 2-Day Shipping," this item will be shipped to you without shipping charges via a 2-Day Shipping service. In most cases, other items you purchase at the same time will be included in this special shipping offer for no additional cost, but this is at the discretion of Marv Golden Pilot Supplies. This Shipping Offer is usually valid only for delivery to U.S. Shipping destinations. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, you will be responsible for the increased charges.
- Free Global Shipping: If an item indicates "Free Global Shipping," this item will be shipped to you without shipping charges. In most cases, other items you purchase at the same time will be included in this special shipping offer for no additional cost, but this is at the discretion of Marv Golden Pilot Supplies. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, you will be responsible for the increased charges.
Special Shipping Offers
Marv Golden Pilot Supplies offers Special Shipping Offers on select items. These offers may change without notice, and are subject to availability. The Shipper used for these offers is at the discretion of Marv Golden Pilot Supplies, and are usually limited to the Contiguous 48 United States. Certain Reduced or Free Shipping offers are not valid when certain over-sized items are included in your cart, and some of these offers may not be applicable to APO / FPO / DPOs.
Sales Tax
Marv Golden Pilot Supplies does not charge sales tax to shipments outside of California. Shipments in California are subject to 7.75% Sales Tax.
