Harper Aviation manufactures the Ultimate Kneeboard. Rick Harper earned is private pilot’s license at the age of 19 and went on to enter the Air Force Officer Training School. Moving on to his next goal, Harper got his civilian flight instructors rating. This is where many students and fellow pilots asked where they could get a kneeboard like the one Harper was using. He then started to manufacture the Ultimate Kneeboard and the birth of Harper Aviation began.
